Santa and Mrs. Claus along with their special Elf, Kandy Kane, will entertain guests at Santa’s Holiday Hangout by the Swan pool 6pm – 8pm on select nights (dates coming soon!).  Be on the lookout for some special holiday entertainment as well on select nights during our Santa Show!

Imagine a magical workshop bustling with activity, where kids can step into a world of wonder and creativity. As they enter, they’re greeted by cheerful elves who guide them through the enchanting space filled with festive activities from a variety of craft stations where they might decorate ornaments, assemble personalized gift bags, or even create their own stuffed toys. Each station is designed to spark their imagination and bring their ideas to life.

Join us on the causeway located between the hotels as dancing lighted palms come alive every 10 minutes after dusk in a musical & light display designed to delight!

How is Santa going to be able to deliver presents for your children? Easy! Just stop by the Concierge desk on Christmas Eve (December 24) and pick up a copy of Santa’s magic key to hang on your hotel room door on Christmas Eve. (Don’t worry – it only works for Santa!) Supplies are limited.

Our elves are brimming with holiday spirit and are eager to sprinkle some North Pole magic into your stay. Whether it’s bringing Christmas cheer to your hotel room with our in-room Christmas tree decoration packages, Santa’s favorite stocking stuffers, or our winter wonderland gift bags, they’ll be spreading joy and cheer throughout the resort this year

Nothing is better than waking up on Christmas morning and running to see what goodies were left the night before from the big guy! Lucky for our guest here at the Swan and Dolphin, Santa’s favorite resort, Santa has given us permission to make some magic and deliver his famous stockings stuffed with candy and toys for children of all ages!

Stop by the entrance to the Swan near Il Mulino New York Trattoria to marvel at a spectacular chocolate Santa sculpture hand-crafted by our two-time World Pastry Chef, Laurent Branlard. Everything you see is made from chocolate!
